Inventory Tracking:
Our inventory tracking has been set up so that you will be able to see at a glance how many of each product we have available. This eliminates most backorder situations. If you need additional items, or items by a particular artist that are not pictured on our site, e-mail us at

Delivery:
Depending on your location in the continental United States, your package will be delivered by United Parcel Service (UPS) within 2-6 business days (Monday — Friday), from the day we receive your order. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska will have their orders shipped via the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. Such delivery may take 5-9 business days.

Guaranteed Satisfaction:
All of our gifts and artwork are inspected and of highest quality. However, if you purchased a gift which does not meet your personal expectations, you may return it within two weeks of accepting delivery. You will receive a credit or full refund of your purchase price, as you prefer.
Return Policy:
It’s no problem to return a gift. As long as the gift is unused, we’ll exchange it or refund your money. Please package the gift in its original packaging, including the packing slip, and follow these simple instructions:

International Orders:
At the present time, we do not accept orders onlinw to be shipped outside of the United States of America. If you reside in another country and wish to place an order with CanvasToClay.com, send an email to
mary@canvastoclay.com. Please include a detailed description (including color and style options) of each product you wish to order, your name as it appears on your credit card, your home address, your shipping address, a telephone number where you can be reached, and the number and expiration date of your VISA or Mastercard. We will check out the most reasonable shipping options available, as well as the authenticity of your credit card, and notify you of shipping charges and expected delivery time. At that time you can let us know whether you want to complete the order. Then, and only then, will we package, ship, and charge you for your order.
